The pool of nominees [of the respective year] will be individually assessed by the Alumni Award Panel. During this interval, the panel will vote for and select the final recipients for the "Alumni of the Year" awards.

The nominees must have responded to our email on/by/no later than January 26th, indicating interest to continue in the process for consideration of receiving an "Alumni of the Year" award. Shortly after, we will be sending an email that includes the required elements the [interested] nominee must submit in order to be featured in the Virtual Hall.
